Matrimony.com which is tapping the capital markets with its simultaneous offer which consists of a fresh issue to raise Rs 130 crs and an offer for sale of 37,67,254 equity shares. The price band is between Rs 983-985 and there is a discount of Rs 98 for retail investors. The combined issue would raise Rs 500 crs.

The issue opens on Monday the 11th of September and closes on Wednesday the 13th of September. The company allocated 22,93,277 equity shares to 8 anchor investors comprising of 10 entities. The full list of anchor investors with their allocation is given below: –
