Prince Pipes and Fittings Limited which is tapping the capital markets with its fresh issue and offer for sale completed allocation to anchor investors. The company allotted 84,26,965 equity shares to 8 Anchor Investors comprising of 13 entities. The issue is for Rs 500 crs comprising of Rs 250 crs fresh issue and Rs 250 crs an offer for sale in a price band of Rs 177-178.

The highest allocation was made to Oman India joint investment fund II, an entity promoted by SBI and the Sovereign Wealth Fund of Oman. Six funds including HDFC, Aditya Birla, SBI Life, HDFC Life, Mirae Asset and Tata Value Fund were allotted 10% each of the anchor allocation.

The issue opens on Wednesday the 18th of December and closes on Friday the 20th of December.
