S Chand and Company Limited ( S Chand) which is tapping the markets with its simultaneous offer to raise fresh capital of Rs 325 crs and an offer for sale of 60.23 lakh shares completed allocation to anchor investors. The price band is Rs 660 -670. The company allotted 32,62,194 equity shares to 13 anchor investors comprising of 35 entities at Rs 670.
