Varroc Engineering Limited which is tapping the capital markets with its offer for sale of 2,02,21,770 equity shares in a price band of Rs 965-967 completed allocation to anchor investors. The company allotted 60,36,518 shares to 20 anchor investors comprising of 30 entities. The highest allocation was made to Smallcap World Fund who was allotted 10,34,130 equity shares which is 17.1% of the anchor allocation.
