Jindal Cotex has finalised the basis of allotment and fixed the issue price as Rs 75 per share.

There will be 3.91 allottees for every Rs one lakh of equity. Firm allotment has been made to those retail participants who applied for 180 shares. There will be a total of 15,844 shareholders in the retail category. The HNI category would have 88 shareholders .The total issue was oversubscribed 2.017 times.

The issue is expected to list on Tuesday the 22nd of September 2009 on the BSE and the NSE.
