Astec Lifesciences Limited is tapping the capital markets with an IPO which opens on Thursday the 29th of October and closes on Wednesday the 4th November 2009. The price band fixed for the issue is between Rs 77 and Rs 82. The issue is for 75 lakh shares with a reservation of 1 lakh shares for eligible employees. The issue would raise between Rs 56.98 crs and Rs 60.68 crs at the lower and higher end of the band respectively.
The company is an existing profit making agrochemicals and pharma intermediates manufacturer. The road show would be held in Mumbai on Tuesday the 27th October 2009.

Den Networks Limited has announced a price band of Rs 195-205 for its IPO which opens for subscription on the 28th of October and closes on the 30th of October. The issue is for a total of 2 cr shares and would raise between Rs 390 to Rs 410 crs.
