Healthcare Global Enterprises Limited (HCG) which had tapped the markets with its primary and secondary offering was on Friday oversubscribed. The issue received subscription of 1.56 times overall with poor response in the HNI category. The HNI poor response is partly on account of the financial year end. The fresh issue was for 116 lakh shares while the secondary offering was for 182 lakh sahes. The price band was Rs 205-218.

Healthcare Global Enterprises Limited completes Anchor Allocation

Healthcare Global Enterprises (HCG) which is tapping the capital market with its fresh issue and offer for sale completed yesterday allocation to anchor investors. The fresh issue is for 116 lakh shares while the offer for sale is for 182 lakh shares. The price band is Rs 205-218. The company has allotted 1,34,10,000 shares at the top end of the band at Rs 218, There are 11 anchor investors comprising of 13 entities. The largest allocation has been made to International Finance Corporation with 43.58 lakh shares or 32.50% of the total anchor book.

The issue has opened on Wednesday the 16th of March and closes on Friday the 18th of March.
