Omkar Speciality Chemicals Limited which had tapped the capital markets with its IPO for 81 lakh shares to raise Rs 79.38 crs is to list on Thursday the 10th of February. The issue was open between the 24th and 27th of January. The IPO price band was Rs 94-98 and the issue was subscribed 4.67 times. The issue price was fixed at the upper band of Rs 98.

There are two bond offerings from IIFCL and L&T Infra of which the IIFCL has opened on the 4th of February and would close on the 4th of March while the L&T Infra would open on Monday the 7th of February and close on the 7th of March.
These bonds are under long term Infrastucture bonds and are eligible for benefits under section 80CCF of the Income Tax act. The coupon rate varies from 8.15% to 8.30% depending upon the type of bond and the maturity period.
These bonds would be discussed in detail during the course of the next week.
