Eros International Media IPO subscribed

Eros International Media Limited which had opened its IPO on Friday 17th September and closed yesterday the 21st of September was subscribed and had excellent support from all investors. The issue was in a price band of Rs 158 to Rs 175 and was for an issue size of Rs 350 crs. The issue was oversubscribed 26.51 times. The issue had an anchor investor portion where 36 lakh shares were allotted at a price of Rs 165. Looking at the way the book has been built it appears that the issue would now be priced at the top end of the price band of Rs 175.

Retail investors applying for the maximum of 1 lac rupee would get firm allotment.

Career Point Infosystems IPO Subscribed

Career Point Infosystems Limited received excellent response for its issue which had opened on the 16th of September and closed for QIB’s on the 20th of September and on 21st September for others. The issue was subscribed 47.39 times overall. The price band was Rs 295-310 and the price band is likely to be Rs 310 looking at the overwhelming response that the issue has received.

The retail portion was subscribed 31.74 times and this kind of response in retail has not been seen for a very long time. This means that there will be a lottery in allotment even for those people who have applied for the maximum of Rs 1 lakh in the retail category.

Ramky Infrastructure IPO completes Anchor Investors allotment

Ramky Infrastructure Limited which is tapping the capital markets with its IPO completed the allocation to anchor investors. The issue opens on Tuesday the 21st of September and closes on Thursday the 23rd of September. The price band is Rs 405-468 and the issue comprises of a fresh issue of Rs 350 crs and an offer for sale of Rs 180 crs making a total of Rs 530 crs.

A total of 14 entities were allotted 20,38,461 equity shares at a price of Rs 425 per share. The prominent names include Fidelity, Birla Sun Life, Swiss Finance Corporation, Amundi Funds and Axis Mutual fund. The complete list of entities who have been allotted shares is given below.
