Tecpro Systems Limited which had tapped the capital markets with an issue of 75.5 lakh shares is listing on Tuesday the 12th of October. The issue was in a price band of Rs 340-355 and consisted of a fresh issue of 62.5 lakh shares and an offer for sale of 13 lakh shares. The issue had opened on the 23rd of September and closed on the 28th of September. The issue was very well subscribed with a total overall subscription of 24.47 times.
There will be a listing ceremony at the BSE held today.
