Prestige Estates Projects Limited which had tapped the capital markets to raise Rs 12oo crs in a price band of Rs 172-183 will list on Wednesday the 27th of October. The issue was open between the 12th and 14th of October and the company had made an allotment to anchor investors of 1.17 cr shares at the upper end of the price band.
The issue was overall subscribed 2.26 times with institutional portion subscribed 4.32 times. The HNI and retail portions were undersubscribed. The company has a little over 7,000 shareholders. The price fixed was at the upper end of the band at Rs 183.
