SCI which had launched its FPO which closed on Friday the 3rd of December was subscribed and received excellent support from retail investors. The issue was subscribed an overall 4.92 times and a staggering 6.56 times by retail investors.
The issue comprised an offer for sale and a fresh offer and the total size was 8.46 cr shares. The price band was Rs 135-140 and offered a 5% discount to retail investors and to eligible employees.
