Mid-Valley Entertainment Limited which had tapped the capital markets with its IPO to raise Rs 60 crs was listed today at the BSE. The company had a listing ceremony at the BSE. The share listed at Rs 73 and made a high of Rs 76.50. The low was Rs 72.05.
Currently the share is holding at Rs 72.70-73 which is a gain of about 4%.

The issue was for 85,71,428 shares and the issue was oversubscribed just over 4 times.
In the first hour of trading the companies share saw a trading of 91.23 lac shares which is 1.06 times the IPO size. The weighted average is Rs 73.47 which is a gain of Rs 3.47 or 4.95%. If this gain holds it would be a creditable performance for the company as the fundamentals of Mid-Valley are virtually non-existent.
It would be interesting to see how the company fares in the remaining part of the day.
