Acropetal Technologies Limited which had tapped the capital markets with an IPO in the price band of Rs 88-90 was subscribed. The issue had opened on Monday the 21st of February and closed on Thursday the 24th of February. The issue was to raise Rs 170 crs. The overall issue was subscribed 1.28 times.

The issue has been oversubscribed and it would be interesting to see what the level of subscription remains at the time of allotment. There have been very many instances where one has seen the level of subscription reducing after the closure of the issue.
