Cox and Kings India Limited (C&K) is to open their IPO next week. The company is planning their road show in Mumbai today and the issue will open between the 18th and 20th of November 2009. The company plans to issue 1.849 cr shares which comprises of a fresh issue of 1.545 cr shares and and an offer for sale of 0.30 cr shares by existing investors.

The details of the issue are expected to be announced today afternoon or evening but it appears that the company plans to price the issue around Rs 325. At this price the issue would garner roughly Rs 600 crs and post issue the market cap of the company would be approximately Rs 2000-2100 crs.
