CARE (Credit Analysis and Research Limited) which is tapping the capital markets with its offer for sale of 71,99,700 equity shares in a price band of Rs 700-750, completed its allocation to anchor investors. A total of 10,79,954 equity shares were allotted to 22 entities from 12 institutions at the upper end of the price band at Rs 750. Some of the prominent names include Goldman Sachs, Tata AIG, Birla Sunlife, Reliance MF, Franklin Templeton and HDFC.
The issue would open for subscription from public on Friday the 7th of December and close for subscription on Tuesday the 11th of December. The issue would raise Rs 539.98 crs at the upper end of the price band.
