Mahanagar Gas Limited (MGL) which is tapping the capital markets with its offer for sale of 2,46,94,500 shares in a price band of Rs 380-421, completed allocation to anchor investors. The company allotted 73,48,350 equity shares at the top end of the band at Rs 421 to 25 Anchor investors comprising of 44 entities. The list of anchors is impressive and the highest individual allocation is to Morgan Stanley Mauritius who has been allotted 9.32 lakh shares or 12.69% of the anchor book.
The issue opens today the 21st of June and closes on Thursday the 23rd of June.
