Narayana Hrudalaya Limited – Completes allocation to Anchor Investors

Narayana Hrudalaya (NH) which is tapping the capital markets with its secondary offering allocated 73,56,988 shares to 15 anchor investors comprising of 25 entities. There is a fair mix of domestic and foreign funds and the largest allocation of 13.33% is made to Morgan Stanley.

The price band is Rs 245-250 and the allocation was made at the upper end of the band at Rs 250. The company would raise Rs 183.92 crs through this allocation.
