RBL Bank Limited (RBL) which is tapping the markets with it fresh issue for Rs 832.5 crs and an offer for sale of 1.69 cr shares completed allocation to anchor investors. The price band for the issue which opened on Friday the 19th of August is Rs 224-225. The company allotted 1,61,72,887 shares to 25 anchor investors comprising of 52 entities. The highest allotment of 7.39% of the anchor portion or 11,94,952 shares was made to Merrill Lynch. The issue has nine merchant bankers who are bringing this issue which would be raising Rs 1,212 crs in total from this issue.

The issue has received subscription of 0.66 times on day one. The issue closes on Tuesday the 23rd of August 2016.
