Teamlease Services Limited (Teamlease) which is tapping the capital markets with its simultaneous offer completed allocation to anchor investors. The issue which comprises of a fresh issue of Rs 150 crs and an offer for sale of 32,19,733 shares is in a price band of Rs 785-850. The company allotted 22.39 lac shares at the top end of the band at Rs 850 to 15 Anchor investors comprising of 26 entities. The list is impressive and even though the issue is very aggressively priced there is interest as this is a 75% compulsory allocation for QIB’s.

The issue opens on Tuesday the 2nd of February and closes on Thursday the 4th of February. This would be the first issue from a staffing company and there are more in the pipeline to follow.
