V-Mart Retail Limited which is tapping the capital markets with its IPO which includes a fresh offer and an offer for sale today completed its allocation to anchor investors. The allocation of 6,74,400 shares has been allotted to two anchors at a price of Rs 210. The price band for the issue is Rs 195-215. Earlier during the month the company had made a pre-IPO allotment of 12.5 lakh shares at Rs 210 raising Rs 26.25 crs. The issue opens for subscription on Friday the 1st of February and closes on Tuesday the 5th of February. The total issue is for 44.96 lakh shares and would raise between Rs 87.67 crs at the lower end of the price band and Rs 96.67 crs at the upper end of the price band.
The allotment to anchor investors has raised Rs 14.16 crs.
