Godrej Properties Limited is tapping the capital markets with an IPO which opens on Wednesday the 9th of December 2009 and closes on Friday the 11th of December 2009. The price band of the same is likely to be announced tomorrow.

The company would be allotting shares to anchor investors and the same would be done one day before the issue opens for public on Tuesday the 8th of December 2009.

The issue is for a fresh issue of 94,29,750 shares and the capital post the offering would be 6,98,50,009 shares.
