Intrasoft Technologies Limited had launched its IPO by offering 37 lakh shares in a price band of Rs 137-145. The issue had opened on Tuesday the 23rd of March and closed yesterday Friday the 26th March. The issue received excellent response from all the three categories of investors and was finally oversubscribed just under 19 times.
The company runs the popular free greetings card site 123greetings.
