Jaypee Infratech Limited which had tapped the capital markets with a fresh issue and an offer for sale was subscribed. The issue had opened on Thursday the29th of April and closed on Tuesday the 4th of May. The price band was Rs 102-117 and a discount of 5% was offered to retail investors.

Looking at the way the book has been built it is a certainty that the discovered price will be either Rs 102 or Rs 103.
