MT Educare Limited better known in Mumbai as “Mahesh Tutorials” completed allocation to Anchor Investors. The company has allotted 17,37914 shares to two groups and within the groups to a total of 6 entities. The allocation has been done at the lowest price of the band of Rs 74 in the band of Rs 74-80. The company is tapping the capital markets with its IPO which opens on Tuesday the 27th of March and closes on Thursday the 29th of March.

The issue includes an offer for sale of 80 lac shares and a fresh issue for Rs 35 crs. The number of shares at the lower band for the fresh issue would be 47,29,729 shares and at the upper end of the price band would be 43,75,00,000 shares.
