Muthoot Finance Limited which is tapping the capital markets with its IPO for 5.15 cr shares completed allocation to anchor investors on Friday. The issue is opening for all investors on Monday the 18th of April and closes for QIB’s on Wednesday the 20th of April and on Thursday the 21st of April for HNI’s and retail investors. The issue price band is Rs 160 to Rs 175.
The company has allocated 77.25 lac shares to 15 entities at Rs 170 per share. The list of investors has names like Citibank, Baring India, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority and Credit Suisee among the foreign funds and Birla Sunlife among the domestic funds.
