NMDC has filed its DRHP for its follow on offer with SEBI. The company will offer 8.38% of its equity or 33,22,43,200 shares through this offering. The current market price of NDMC on the BSE as of close on Monday 25th January was Rs 515.70. The size of offering based on this price is Rs 17,133.78 crs. The market capitalization of NDMC as of 25th January 2010 is Rs 204459 crs.

The issue is expected to open in the middle of February and would be the second major divestment through a follow on public offering this year after NTPC.
