Oberoi Reality Limited which had tapped the capital markets with its issue to raise between Rs 1001 crs and Rs 1028 crs is to list on Wednesday at the BSE and NSE. The issue was in a price band of Rs 253-260 and had received excellent response from QIB’s who subscribed the issue 22.15 times. The HNI portion was subscribed 3.61 times and the retail portion just under one time at 0.94 times. The overall subscription was 12.13 times and the shares were allotted at the top end of the price band of Rs 260.

Retail investors who have applied for Rs the maximum amount have been allotted 375 shares at Rs 260.
