Prestige estates and Projects Limited which had tapped the capital markets with an IPO in the price band of Rs 172-183 to raise Rs 1200 crs listed today. The share listed at Rs 190 on both the exchanges and made a high of Rs 209 on the BSE and Rs 208.80 on the NSE. The low on the BSE was Rs 190 which was the open and Rs 189.85 on the NSE.

The first two hours of trade saw a total traded volume of 223.82 lacs which is roughly 34% of the IPO size of 6.55 cr shares. The share is holding itself and at the current time is trading just short of Rs 200 and is up Rs 16.30 or 8.9%.
In conclusion a good start and one hopes that the finish is as good as the start.
