PTC India Financial Services Limited which is tapping the capital markets with its IPO completed its allocation to Anchor Investors. The allotment of 2,35,05,000 shares has been done to three investors at the top end of the price band of Rs 28.

The issue opens on Wednesday the 16^th of March and closes on Friday the 18^th of March. The price band of the issue is Rs 26-28 and has a discount of Rs 1 for retail applicants. The issue comprises of a fresh issue component of 12,75,00,000 equity shares and an offer for sale of 2,92,00,000 equity shares. The total issue size is 15,67,00,000 equity shares.

2)      Capital International Emerging Market Fund                                                        45,70,000 shares

3)      HSBC Mauritius Ltd A/c GMFA  Asia Ventures Limited                                     97,95,750 shares
