Sudar Garments Limited which had tapped the capital markets with its IPO in a price band of Rs 72-77 was subscribed. The issue had opened on Monday the 21st of February and closed on Thursday the 24th of February. The issue was for 90.88 lakh shares and would have raised Rs 69.97 crs at the top end of the price band.

The issue has been subscribed and the negative view that I had on the issue has been borne out by the fact that the QIB portion barely received subscription. This category was subscribed a mere 0.17%.
