Tarapur Transformers Limited which had tapped the capital markets with its IPO for 85 lakh shares in a price band of Rs 65-75 was oversubscribed. The issue size was 85 lakh shares and the issue had opened on Monday 26th april and closed on Wednesday 28th April. The issue was subscribed 1.74 times.
