Technofab Engineering Limited had launched its issue to raise between Rs 68.77crs and Rs 71.66 crs in a price band of Rs 230-240. The issue was open between the 29th of June and the 2nd of July 2010. The issue was well received and had excellent support from HNI’s, QIB’s and retail with a total over subscription of 12.78 times. The issue would list on Friday the 16th of July.
