Cantabil India Retail India Limited which had tapped the capital markets with its IPO in a price band of Rs 127-135n would list on the BSE and NSE on Tuesday the 12th of October. The issue was to raise Rs 105 crs and was open between the 22nd and 27th September.
The issue was subscribed 2.35 times but the allotment has been for 1.984 times which means that there has been withdrawal of applications post the closure of the issue for subscription.

There has been an overall reduction of applications of 39,92,100 shares from the issue. The bulk of this withdrawal is from the NII or HNI category which has literally become 1/3rd from the original figure of 47.47 lakh shares to 16.52 lakh shares. The net reduction in this category is 30.95 lakh shares against the net reduction of 39.92 lakh shares.
