Commercial Engineers & Body Builders Company Limited (CEBBCO) is to list on Monday the 18th of October on the BSE and NSE. The company had tapped the markets with an issue to raise Rs 153 crs in a price band of Rs 125-127. The issue also included an offer for sale of 15,28,587 shares. The issue did not receive adequate response from HNI’s and Retail investors and their portion was undersubscribed. The issue received adequate response from the QIB segment and was subscribed 3.68 times making the total oversubscription 2.07 times.
