Sudar Garments Limited which had tapped the capital markets with an issue for 90.88 lakh shares is to list on Friday the 11th of March 2011. The price band of the issue was Rs 72-77 and the issue was open between the 21st and the 24th of February. The issue was oversubscribed 1.55 times.

The issue has been priced at the upper end of the price band at Rs 77 and the company would raise Rs 6,997.76 lacs. The issue after cancellations, rejections etc was subscribed 1.3021 times.

There were a total of 4234 applicants in the issue. The QIB portion was subscribed by two entities who have applied for 7,77,438 shares.
