Indostar Capital Finance Limited which had tapped the capital markets with its simultaneous issue was subscribed. Earlier the company had completed allocation to anchor investors. The company had made a fresh issue for Rs 700 crs and an offer for sale of 2 cr shares in a price band of Rs 570-572. The company allotted 96,71,329 equity shares to 25 anchor investors comprising of 48 entities at Rs 572.

The highest allocation was made to BNP Paribas Arbitrage of 8,74,120 shares which is 9.04% of the total anchor allocation. The issue opens on Wednesday the 9th of May and closes on Friday the 11th of May.

The issue saw QIB’s subscribing the issue 16.08 times. HNI bucket was subscribed 6.91 times while Retail portion was subscribed 1.48 times. There were 5.71 lac applications which means that on basis of lots the retail portion is subscribed 1.32 times.
