The IPO from Thinksoft Global was under subscribed at the the end of the issue period which ended yesterday. The issue which was open for subscription in the price band of Rs 120-130, has lowered the price band now to Rs 115-125 and extended the issue closing by another four days to now end on 1st October 2009.
It may be mentioned that not a single subscription was received in the QIB category. The total issue was subscribed 0.618 times. With the price being revised, investors who have applied for the issue have a right to withdraw/revise their bids as they may so choose.
